Well... now it's my turn to sh*t out a lot of these SFM tests :P
At first i'm not going to put a lot of effort into there just to get to know the software, then we'll see what happens. But i'll upload there for some minor enjoyment :)

After watching Meet the Pyro for the 5th time (cause i think it was great) i just came up with this idea and decided to do it directly :)

Meet The Medic Trailer Remake - New Video

It is a Meet the Medic video for metal fans. It's not really my best work and it is by far the most disliked of my works. But i guess this movie requires a specific taste to like, a liking of metal music.

Also yes of course the original is the most fitting and brings the Medic forth best, mostly because it is the original move that we refer too when we speak of the Medic. This is meant to be far from the original Medic and the original video.

Apart from the reverb outside i kinda like my own work here and i managed to put together some really nice sound effects with the low resources i had.

I actually had a talk with a friend about sound editing and all and he wanted me to send over the video without the music for him to hear. So i uploaded it on my secondary channel MysticMild to see if anyone else looked at it as my friend did. He liked what i did with some of the things (except reverb/echo outside) what do you think of only the sound editing?

I think this is the highest point of my Youtube Gmod movie making "career".The TF2 Team featured my Heavys Revelation on the TF2 Blog in the News Section and it was also picked to be featured on the News Section for TF2 on Steam!

You should have seen the joy when i found this out and i never ever thought the TF2 Team would notice someone like me and pick something i created to be on the community news section.

I don't know if I've ever seen a Gmod video on there and that kinda killed my hope before.

I also must thank everyone else who sent my video around! Don't think i don't trackback all the views i get, it's always fun to sneak around and end up in a bunch of forums and websites to read your feedback :)

But mostly I don't know how to thank the TF2 Team enough for the feature other then by saying... 

A big thanks to Valve and the whole TF2 Team for creating the game of my life!

So there was a match with Robin Walker going on...

On Sunday there was the TF2 Free2Play Invitational (TF2 Post) Celeb Match where the Brink team who had won the tournament was invited to play a fun competitive match against
Robin Walker, Totalbiscuit, eXtine and the rest of the Celeb team.

I was ready to watch the stream when suddenly Ashkan (who is awesome) came to me personally and asked if i wanted to replace a missing Soldier in the Brink team. I was honored and surprised, I've never played competitive Soldier. The only 6v6 I've played is with Ashkan as a Scout very few times.


But that was it :)
I got to play in the game on the Brink team, who is some awesome guys lead by Admirable (Our Medic).
After i missed a chance to play with Robin Walker once i got another chance now, though with thousands of people watching :/

If you look at the kills...i did good until Robin ruined  it :P

Meet the Medic Behind the Scenes

The TF2 team released some outtake footage and behind the scenes of their latest masterpiece Meet the Medic on their blog. A great example of how inspiration works and how a movie is adapted to end with something great! A great lesson, thanks TF2 team :)
